This guarantee does not cover customer errors such as low resolution images, poor photography, spelling mistakes, incorrect copy and missed turnarounds due to equipment malfunction or emergencies.

After placing an order, you need to email them with the Locations, Qty Breakdowns, Preferred Shipping Method, and Due Dates when they need to arrive to their designated locations. Please note that PrintPapa is not liable for delays, undeliverable mailers, or damages once the US Postal Service has taken possession of the order. If an order is in pending status with no work done then there is no penalty for cancellation. Changes may be made to an order which has already been processed depending on its stage in production. Once you submit your order, your credit card will be authorized for the total amount shown, including shipping and handling fees, if applicable. Once they receive the files and they pass their pre-flight tests, the order will be processed and your credit card will be charged.
